| Booking
A credit card or other payment is required at the time of
reservation to 'Secure or Hold' the booking. A £10 per person non
refundable deposit will be taken from the credit card and deducted from
your bill at the end of your meal. Payments by other methods require
full payment for the cruise meal(s). The booking is not secured until
the cash is received or the cheque has cleared funds i.e. 20 working
days. We will endeavour to hold the booking while this is being
processed
Cancellation
If you cancel by default, which is failure to arrive
or cancel within a 48 hour period prior to Restaurant Boat departure,
the full price of the meal(s) booked would then be debited to your
credit card. If the booking is cancelled prior to the 48 hour period
before the Restaurant Boat departure there is a ten pound (£10) per
person administration fee, which is the forfeiture of the deposit. If
the full amount has been paid especially by cash or cheque a refund of
the amount less the equivalent deposit will be made. In certain
mitigating circumstances Away2dine Ltd can offer to rebook at an
alternative date.
Away2dine Ltd. will endeavor to operate as arranged
but no warranty is implied or given. If it is unsafe to cruise or the
trip is curtailed for any reason stated by the Boat Master, Away2dine
Ltd reserves the right to remain stationary. If the cruise is cancelled
by Away2dine Ltd all monies will be refunded and there will no further
claims against Away2dine Ltd. We regret having to apply these conditions
but, under the circumstances where we have one sitting per departure
there is no opportunity to resell the table once the restaurant boat has
departed, it is essential to protect our business.
Departure
If by the time of departure a booked customer has not
arrived or made contact Away2dine Ltd reserves the right to depart as
scheduled. It is essential that a mobile phone number, which will be
switched on 2 hours prior to departure, is given at the time of booking
where possible. |
Passengers The person
responsible for the booking or their nominee must be on board throughout
the cruise and will held fully responsible for the behaviour of their
party. They will be held responsible for any damage whatsoever caused by
the booked party to the boat, its fittings or a third party.
Health & Safety
In order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations,
Alcohol Licensing Regulations and Marine & Coastguard Agency Rules all
instructions given by the Crew, Front of House Staff and the Boat Master
or his nominated crew member must be followed at all times.
In such cases of failure to do so the Boat Master may terminate the
cruise in the interest of safety of the passengers as a whole. In such
cases Away2dine Ltd will not responsible for any distress caused by this
action or accept any claims for compensation. The instructions given by
the Boat Master throughout the time that the customers are aboard are
final.

Away2dine Ltd will exercise due diligence and take all
reasonable precautions and safety measures but cannot be held
responsible for any loss or injury to any persons or property during any
part of the cruise unless it is the direct result of negligence by
